Strawberry Shortcake

Our signature shortcake bonbon features three perfect layers: ripe Ontario strawberry preserve captured at the peak of the season, creamy Valrhona Ivoire white chocolate ganache, and a crunchy biscuit layer speckled with Earl Grey tea.
