Genmaicha

Rice-forward, nutty, and not too sweet. This bonbon revisits the structure of our signature High Mountain Oolong flavour, moving away from floral delicacy and towards a deliberately bolder expression of green tea and roasted rice.

Genmaicha is intensified with a touch of matcha to deepen the tea profile. A base layer of crunchy nurungji adds a firmer bite and extra element of toasted rice.

Ingredients: white chocolate, almond couverture, cream, sugar, butter, cocoa butter, glucose, nurungji (crunchy scorched rice), genmaichai (brown rice tea), matcha, invert sugar, sea salt
