Gingerbread

In time for the holidays, this is a loving homage to our Pepe's family recipe of pain d'épices, aka French spiced honey bread (from Burgundy). Yes, we baked and portioned an actual piece inside each bonbon!

Ingredients: dark chocolate, milk chocolate, cream, butter, linden honey, wheat flour, buckwheat flour, ginger, glucose, cocoa butter, cinnamon, baking soda, vanilla beans, sea salt
