Kiwi Tonka

A true first of its kind. We crafted a custom kiwifruit couverture to achieve an oversaturated yet all-natural fruity profile. A delicate tonka bean infusion imparts a marzipan-like aroma, complementing the almond-forward shell cast in Valrhona Amatika Blanche 35%.

Ingredients: plant-based (almond) white couverture, kiwifruit couverture, kiwifruit, sugar, vegan butter, glucose, cocoa butter, invert sugar, pectin, citric acid, tonka bean (Dipteryx odorata)
