High Mountain Oolong

Distinctly floral, rich, and complex. Showcasing the qualities of Da Yu Ling oolong tea, shade-grown at one of the highest elevation (2,800 m) tea plantations in the world, located in Taichung county of central Taiwan.

We combine our vivid and natural green oolong ganache with a minimalist and crunchy senbei layer, as homage to the traditional green tea pairing.
