Baijiu Expression

A modern chocolate interpretation, featuring a 6 year expression from Yanghe Distillery. Esterification and natural flavour development during the aging process in ceramic jars, creates a unique aroma profile. Our chocolate pairing produces a combined result reminiscent of ripe melon and tropical fruit. To complement, a crunchy mahua fried pastry layer provides a classic baijiu snacking backdrop.

Ingredients: dark chocolate, milk chocolate, mahua fried dough twist (wheat flour, soybean oil, brown sugar, sesame, water, shortening, salt, sodium bicarbonate), butter, cream, cocoa butter, baijiu distilled spirit, glucose, invert sugar, sea salt
