Our aptly named "Dark No.3" is a study in dark chocolate, showcasing three expressions of texture and terroir: Guanaja fudge with deep cocoa intensity, Ecuadorian ganache with smooth complexity, and Nyangbo sablée offering a refined sensory crunch.
