A true first of its kind. We crafted a custom kiwifruit couverture to achieve an oversaturated yet all-natural fruity profile. A delicate tonka bean infusion imparts a marzipan-like aroma, complementing the almond-forward shell cast in Valrhona Amatika Blanche 35%.
