Osmanthus Cake

A taste of Xie Zheng’s childhood in Pursuit of Jade, inspired by his favourite treat, guihua gao (osmanthus cake). Featuring a slow-cooked red date filling made from Ruoqiang dates, and fragrant osmanthus-rice layer, infused with natural and unprocessed osmanthus flowers.

Ingredients: plant-based (almond) white couverture, red dates, maltose, rice cracker, coconut oil, sugar, cocoa butter, pear puree, invert sugar, osmanthus flowers
