Capturing the delicate floral beauty of chrysanthemum, and evoking memories of its namesake tea enjoyed at dim sum. We carefully hand pick special chrysanthemum buds, twice-infusing their natural flavour into our milk chocolate ganache, paired with a tart raspberry jelly to accent.
