Dear Friends and Valued Clients,

The holidays are often a time of magic, joy, and compassion. Unfortunately, this season has been overshadowed by some disappointing experiences. A few individuals have chosen to disregard the shelf-life of our product, our booking schedule, and the opportunity for others to enjoy a box of chocolate in time for their special event or holiday celebration.

While we won’t call out specific actions, those responsible know who they are. Their behaviour has disrupted the process for everyone, and for that we share our disappointment.

To ensure a smoother and more enjoyable experience for all, we will be moving towards appointment-only store visits for the foreseeable future.
